  • If the damage is confirmed, we will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions on how to return the product.
  • Please securely package the damaged product, including all original packaging and accessories.
  • Ship the product back to us within 30 days of receiving your RMA number.

4. Refund or Replacement

Upon receiving the damaged product and confirming the damage, we will offer you the following options:

  • Replacement: If you prefer, we can send you a replacement product of the same model and style. The replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

5. Return Shipping Costs
