1. Processing Times
All of our items are made to order. Once you place your order, please allow 1–3 business days for us to produce your phone case or accessory before it ships. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday) processing may take a few days longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders of €40 or more (or equivalent in your local currency). For orders below this threshold, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location, the shipping method selected, and the weight/size of your items. All shipping charges will appear before you complete your purchase.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We currently ship from European Union and USA, and partner with reputable carriers (such as Correos, UPS, DHL and local postal services) to deliver your order. At checkout you will be able to choose from the following options:

Standard Shipping (tracked): our most economical option. Delivery times vary by region (see below).
- Free Shipping: available when your order meets the minimum spend; free shipping uses our standard service.

Important: This product cannot be shipped to South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, or Singapore.During busy seasons or due to customs inspections, deliveries may take longer. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
5. International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide. If you order from Europe, we will ship your product from within European Union, whereas for US customers, we fulfill and send your order from United States.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery at any time. If you don’t receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@casetemple.com.
7. Missing or Lost Packages
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date We will help investigate the issue with the carrier. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship certain products or materials via expedited air service due to carrier and aviation regulations If this affects your order, we will notify you by email. We also reserve the right to cancel orders shipping to regions where reliable delivery service is unavailable or where we are legally restricted from shipping.
